Good coffee.  That’s what we roast.  At least, that is, we roast the coffees we like and then offer them to you. 

Our coffees come from all over the world.  The coffee growing regions are on either side of the equator in the higher elevations.  From these regions we select specialty coffees which are 100% arabica beans and grown/produced with great care.

Good chocolate.  We have chosen to work with the excellent chocolate of Guittard, a 5th generation company who works directly with the farms that produce the cacao beans.  We make a variety of chocolates including wonderful english toffee, salted caramels, and sinful truffles.

Good food.  Sourcing our ingredients from local producers and farmers is one of our great loves.  We create our menu every day with fresh ingredients based on what is in season.  Our bake goods and deli meats are produced locally as is our milk.  We believe it matters in the taste of our creations.
